Focusing on the Serengeti’s Great Migration and phenomenal cat concentrations, the Tanzania Photography Safaris are available for travel from late October to mid-December. Traveling during this season sees the Great Migration in full swing, as the herds push down to the Serengeti’s southern plains and spread out over the ‘Serengit’, the Serengeti’s ‘endless plains’.
These trips have been carefully designed with only photographers in mind and guarantee excellent game viewing and exceptional value. All safaris will be privately guided by some of the very best guides in East Africa, and vehicle size will be limited to four travelers, ensuring uninterrupted photo opportunities on both sides of the vehicle.
They also offer amazing benefits for photographers including:
- Safaris focused on photographing the Great Migration and their following predators
- Accommodation at some of East Africa’s top safari camps
- Guarantee of one of the finest safari guides
- A private vehicle for you or your group (4 pax maximum per vehicle)
Alternatively, if you are looking to travel between January and May, then the Maasai Mara trips may be better suited. During a photography safari through Kenya’s most famous Big Five reserve, you’ll stay at the iconic Governors’ Camp, home of the BBC’s Big Cat Diary, in order to explore the stunning region and photograph its thrilling wildlife.
