To date one of the company owners has led the accounting function with support from the Operations team. However, the company is now in a position to start building an accounts department. This new role will take over all existing accounting practices and work towards developing these further to meet with accounting standards and the future aspirations of the business.

We are looking for a bright and proactive individual who has excellent administrative skills and a keen eye for detail to join our growing Operations team. You will report to the Head of Operations to support and assist with the day to day running of the Operations department.

The successful candidate will support both the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager in the administration and management of all enquiries for Yellow Zebra. The remit of this role will encompass a broad range of activities across both the marketing and sales departments.

The successful candidate will support the Sales Team and assist the Sales Director in looking after our enquiry, from initial contact to completion. They will be in charge of creating and stocking Yellow Zebra’s trip brochures, as well as the online portal that clients use to research their trips. The role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, interested in adventure/luxury travel and who wants to work for a company that is growing rapidly and pushing the boundaries of travel design.
