Neptune Ngorongoro Luxury Lodge

OVERVIEW:

Although the lodge is fairly luxurious and has high standards, we find it a little larger than we would like so prefer the more intimate setting of Plantation Lodge, Gibbs Farm or Escarpment Lodge. This is a fine lodge nevertheless.

ACCESS & LOCATION: 

Neptune Ngorongoro Lodge is set in its own 50 acres of bush very close to the main gate that enters the Ngorongoro Crater when travelling from Arusha. It is just a 20 minute drive away from the crater itself with its spectacular wildlife. 

ACCOMMODATION & FACILITIES AT NEPTUNE NGORONGORO LUXURY LODGE:

The lodge is made up of 20 spacious log cabins with open fireplaces in both the bedroom and living room, an en suite bathroom with a shower, a dining area and a large private viewing deck. The main lodge comprises a restaurant, bar, swimming pool and spa.

**Please be aware that we are unable to book this property for families with young children under the age of 6 years, for safety reasons relating to the balconies/decks/walkways.**

ACTIVITIES AT NEPTUNE NGORONGORO LUXURY LODGE: 

• Game-viewing is superb as the Crater has one of the highest densities of wildlife to be found anywhere in Africa.
• Visits to Lake Manyara and Olduvai Gorge are also possible.

*This property is unfenced and located in a wildlife area, so large and potentially dangerous animals do pass through. If you opt to stay here, always be alert when walking around the camp and request for a member of staff to escort you if you have any concerns. Any guest is escorted after dark as a matter of course.
