“La Cotte strikes a rare balance in the Winelands, offering excellent value for those who want the charm and space of a wine farm setting, while still being just a short walk from the cafés, restaurants, and shops of Franschhoek. It’s one of the few properties at this price point that genuinely delivers on both location and atmosphere. With a mix of cottages, a villa, and rooms in the main house, it works equally well for couples, families, or larger groups looking for a base in the area.”
