  • The 350,000-acre private Grumeti Reserve is adjacent to Serengeti National Park and a vital part of the Serengeti–Mara ecosystem. Without the crowds of the national park, guests are free to explore this incredible private reserve, home to some of the most prolific wildlife on earth. During your stay at Singita Kilima, you’ll likely encounter a huge range of wild animals, including cheetah, Maasai giraffe, lion, elephant, buffalo, and leopard. Singita Kilima is also a superb base from which to witness the annual wildebeest migration (usually arriving in this region towards the end of May/June).

  • Alongside a skilled field guide, take in the details of the Serengeti–Mara ecosystem from a completely different perspective, learning all about the animals, their habitats, and even how to identify recent passers-by from their spoor or fresh tracks. This activity is recommended for guests aged 16 and above (though this is at the guide’s discretion).
