This is a beautiful and atmospheric place to stay. It is a combination of an old 19th-century Swahili sultan’s palace with Zanzibar’s first photographic studio. It epitomises Zanzibar Stone Town style.

  • Well-loved lodge
Another great option for a property that sums up Stone Town. Hidden away down the maze of streets that epitomise Stone Town itself, this is one of our favourite small properties.
