Guests can take full advantage of the hotel’s location, which is less than 10 minutes away from pretty much anywhere you’d want to visit in Stone Town.
We recommend delving into the history-rich streets with a trip to the House of Wonders and to Forodhani Gardens, which becomes a hub of activity after sunset when tourists and locals gather to dine on Swahili and Zanzibari delicacies.
Facilities & Amenities
The hotel is in an imposing building made up of several stories, with an attractive inner courtyard and a fabulous rooftop restaurant. The bedrooms are each individually decorated, with walls painted in pinks, blues and violets, antique furniture, rich textiles, deep baths and high beds. They are spectacular.
*For families with children under the age of 6 years, we always request a room without a balcony for safety reasons.
