The lodge is just a 25-minute drive from Lake Sibaya, which is the largest freshwater lake in Southern Africa.
The lodge has 12 suites, which are all raised on wooden stilts.
Seven of them have forest views and five of them have sea views. Over the years, as the foliage has grown, some of the sea views have become slightly obstructed. All of the rooms have overhead fans and air conditioning, which is a must in the summer months.
