Our Yellow Zebra Opinion
  • One to discuss with us
Set in the far west of Etosha, an area less visited than other parts of the park. This lodge works well for guests who want to do a longer Etosha stay and get good coverage of the park.

*This property is unfenced and located in a wildlife area, so large and potentially dangerous animals do pass through. If you opt to stay here, always be alert when walking around the camp and request for a member of staff to escort you if you have any concerns. Any guest is escorted after dark as a matter of course.

Access & Location

The camp nestles amongst dolomite outcrops, blending seamlessly into its environment, with spectacular views of the plains below. Please note that the paths around the camp are long and steep, so this camp is not suited to anyone with mobility issues. A rather noisy golf cart is used to transport guests to and from rooms if requested, but there are still steps in places.

A steep path leads from the public areas to the 20 thatched en suite tented chalets nestled amongst more rocky outcrops. They are all in elevated positions with dramatic views of the surrounding landscape. Two deluxe chalets have their own private plunge pools and face east, giving stunning sunrise views.
