Stanley Safari Lodge is owned by the famous Zambian operator Robin Pope Safaris. Due to long stay deals when also using their safari camps, there is great value to be had when trips are kept within the one company.

OVERVIEW:
What is so special about Stanley Safari Lodge is the open sided style of some of the rooms as they open out to give views towards the Falls themselves – a style similar to the more upmarket properties of Tongabezi and to a lesser extent The River Club, located further upstream.

ACCESS & LOCATION:
Located 3 kilometres away from Victoria Falls, Stanley Safari Lodge is set on the border of Mosi-oa Tunya National Park. Perched up on a high peak the lodge has views that clearly make out the spray of the Falls themselves – unique to the area. The only negative that could be said about the property is that it is not located on the Zambezi River itself - something that is often a priority for clients staying in the area.

ACCOMMODATION & FACILITIES:
Four of the suites have a terrace, a lounge area and a private swimming pool which offers guests more exclusivity than the standard cottages. There is a big swimming pool area that is the focus of the communal areas.

The quality of service and food matches the high standard set with all the other Robin Pope properties giving guests the guarantee of a high quality experience. It is known for its intimate atmosphere and personalised service.

ACTIVITIES:
The activities on offer here are endless. Guests can go on a guided tour of the Victoria Falls park, visit the Mukuni Village, enjoy a game drive or boat cruise along the Zambezi River, go fishing and/or canoeing and for the adrenaline junkie, try bungee jumping, quad biking, and microlighting.
