Fanjove is rustic, remote perfection \u2013 and while it\u2019s a slightly longer journey to get here (a 1hr 20 mins flight from Dar es Salaam, compared with Zanzibar\u2019s 20 mins), the additional time spent traveling is well, well worth it. They can take you on anything from wildlife drives, to sandboarding down the dunes, mountain biking in the reserve, or snorkelling.
