OVERVIEW:
White Sand is an exciting property – a breath of fresh air on an island with few options at this price bracket. Competition to White Sand would be Baraza, Palms, Kilindi and the super expensive Mnemba Island.

Located in Paje, on Zanzibar’s East Coast.
ACCOMMODATION & FACILITIES AT WHITE SAND LUXURY VILLAS:
With only 11 suites spread across the property, White Sand is one of the smallest boutique properties on the island. There are one and two-bedroom suites as well as a five-bedroom Presidential villa.
Each suite comes complete with its own private pool, outdoor bathtub and rain shower as well as TV on demand. The one-bedroom villas fit three adults and have panoramic rooftop terraces whereas the two-bedroom villas fit five adults and have sea view balconies. The five-bedroom presidential villa has a panoramic rooftop terrace as well as its own Jacuzzi and home cinema. Food and service levels are set very high, each villa coming with its own private butler.
The property has been designed by the famous architect Neil Rocher, famous for the likes of Luangwa Safari House, Kilindi and Chongwe River House. Its fresh eco-design is typical of his style with focus being on natural, sustainable use of resources including water harvesting and alternative power systems.
**For families with children under the age of 6 years, we always request a ground floor room or a room without a balcony for safety reasons. If you stay here with us, please ensure this is what you are given. Please also note there is no child barrier in Villa pools here - take care!**
ACTIVITIES AT WHITE SAND LUXURY VILLAS:
- Activities are typical of any Zanzibar hotel however the property does not have its own dive center choosing to arrange many activities with a nearby hotel.
- White Sand also has a kite surfing club called Zanzibar Kite Paradise.
