As the latest addition to the Virgin Limited Edition collection, Mont Rochelle is located only 45 minutes’ drive from Cape Town and 35 minutes’ drive from Pearl and Somerset West’s wine routes. The location is a great base for exploring the region.

With 22 elegant bedrooms to choose from, including six large private suites, two restaurants, a brand new spa, a gym and an outdoor lovely pool the property aims at the luxury market.

Each room offers stunning views and with the desire to make the guests’ stay as comfortable as possible, the new owners designed the rooms with all the necessary features: air conditioning, underfloor heating, DVD player, Bvlgari bathroom products.

ACTIVITIES AT MONT ROCHELLE:

There are also plenty of activities to try in the area.

For the more active guests, there are opportunities for cycling, golfing, hiking or horse-riding.
On the other hand, guests can visit the many shops, galleries and restaurants or a relaxing walk exploring the Franschhoek town.
Mont Rochelle also has impressive 37 hectares vineyard and wine cellars which are a main attraction of this property. The quality of the wine, made famous by the previous owner Miko Rwayitare, is superb.
