Londolozi Varty Camp is a phenomenal destination for leopard and one of Africa’s finest Big Five game-viewing areas.

Varty Camp is named after the Varty family who founded Londolozi and built it up into one of Africa's most famous reserves. In view of the fact that all of Londolozi's lodges give exactly the same game-viewing, we believe that Varty, and its sister camp, Londolozi Founders, offer the best value of all the Londolozi lodges... in our opinion, by a long way.

Located in the private Londolozi Reserve, in the heart of South Africa’s Sabi Sands.

With 10 rooms, Varty is the largest of Londolozi's five camps, and one of the two least expensive. It is also the best for children (children from 4 to 16 are welcome). Decorated and furnished in the classic Londolozi style, with creams, whites, dark woods and chocolate leather, Varty is a beautifully designed camp. The main lodge is elevated on stilts to overlook the Sand River. Each of the 10 suites has a large bathroom with his and hers wash basins as well as inside and outside showers. They also have a good-sized decking area and a private plunge pool.

There is a boutique, massage room and library here, but please note that they are all available to guests staying in the other camps in Londolozi. There is also a swimming pool.
