"The newcomer to the Cape Town scene sees Newmark's Future Sanctuary offering something different to the other top hotels in the city. With a quiet location in Hout Bay and a focus on wellness, relaxation and personal regeneration, this property is a great option away from the hustle and bustle of the Waterfront area."

OVERVIEW:

Gleaming on the side of Table Mountain, this state-of-the-art retreat is turning a few heads in Cape Town! This brand new property slips straight into the luxury end of the market, with the knowledge that this is exactly where they belong. Brought to us by Newmark Hotel's (who have some other excellent 5 star properties), Future Found Sanctuary is not just a stopover option, but a place to recharge and really spend time, either before or after safari. Excellent for honeymooners who perhaps crave a little pampering and downtime, this elegant hotel comprises two separate villas (available for exclusive use for larger groups, or as individual suites) and certainly raises the bar with its mountain views and wonderful facilities.

ACCESS & LOCATION:

Future Found Sanctuary is located 18 miles from Cape Town International Airport and just half an hour’s drive from central Cape Town itself. Nestled on the slopes of Table Mountain, the retreat is within easy reach of the bustling city center…yet also a stone’s throw from Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens and Hottentots Nature Preserve, giving you the best of both worlds! This “mountainside escape” is designed for privacy and has one of the best locations of any Cape Town hotel. If sensory rejuvenation and connection to the African landscape is what you’re after, then the amazing staff at Future Found are there to show you the way…

ACCOMMODATION & FACILITIES AT FUTURE FOUND SANCTUARY:

The Sanctuary has two separate villas – Maison Noir with 5 suites, and Villa Verte with 4 – nestled amidst the verdant canopy of Table Mountain. They are both architecturally beautiful; modern, sweeping design, yet in keeping with the surrounding landscape. The rooms are lovely, large and elegant with usual features: including a writing desk, kettle, fridge, minibar, flat-screen television, safety deposit box, terraces and a private bathroom with a shower.

Communal areas are sumptuous: with outdoor heated pools, home cinema, and comfy sitting areas from which to relax and enjoy the views. Each villa also has an in-built barbeque and dining area for outdoor feasting, fantastic wine cellars…and there’s a laundry and ironing service included, along with your daily yoga session should you wish it!

Future Found is a high-class retreat, and has all the restorative facilities you’d expect: from beautiful steam and spa, to fitness rooms and meditation…you can co-create your own well-being package with a renowned onsite guru, Romy Paull.
