ACCOMMODATION & FACILITIES AT CAPE CADOGAN BOUTIQUE HOTEL:
There are seven standard rooms, seven luxury rooms, and one superior luxury suite. Individually decorated, all are beautifully styled. The difference between categories is the size, ranging from 20 square meters (single standard) to 30 (double standard) to 45 (luxury) to 105 (suite). All options contain a single or king-size bed (the latter convertible to twin beds in most rooms), bedside lighting and storage furniture, and a writing desk and chair. The luxury rooms and suite have a separate seating area, and in the latter there’s a cosy fireplace too! Additionally, some rooms enjoy access to a private balcony. In-room amenities include air conditioning, telephone, satellite television, mini-bar, safe, free Wi-Fi, and hairdryer. The en-suite facilities comprise flush toilet, single or twin washbasins, and step-up shower – and a few rooms also have a bathtub. And the suite boasts a private plunge pool!
All the communal areas within Cape Cadogan are very well-appointed. The lounge features comfortable sofas around a glass-topped coffee table, occasional tables for elegant lamps, some tasteful wall artwork, and a welcoming fireplace. The breakfast room is brilliantly bright and breezy, its tables laid with crisp white cloths in readiness for the first meal of the day, which is served from 7:00 to 10:30. Room-service lunch and dinner are available from 13:00 to 21:00, and the hotel is close to a great range of restaurants and bars. Guests can take time to relax in the peaceful courtyard garden, and take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool. And fitness fans can request membership of the local Virgin Active Health Club, ZAR180 per day (2018 pricing).
** For families with children under the age of 6 years, we always request a ground floor room or a room without a balcony for safety reasons. If you stay here with us, please ensure this is what you are given.**
