OVERVIEW:
As a Beachcombers property, like Paradis, Dinarobin operates according to excellent standards of service. Guests opting for a Senior Suite have their own concierge, while all sporty types will appreciate the private coaching at this resort. Dining experiences tend to receive particularly high praise, for the attentiveness of staff and the sheer range of cuisine – in total, eight restaurants are available, counting the extra four at Paradis! Finally, Spa by Clarins, nestling in verdant vegetation close to the foot of Le Morne, has a full menu of international treatments designed to relax and restore.
ACCESS & LOCATION:
Dinarobin Hotel Golf & Spa occupies a spectacular stretch of beach close to Le Morne mountain, a basaltic monolith with a summit at 556m above sea level. Once a refuge for runaway slaves, the area became a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2008. The resort is approximately 45 minutes’ drive from Mauritius airport.
ACCOMMODATION & FACILITIES AT DINAROBIN BEACHCOMBER GOLF RESORT:
The majority of Dinarobin’s main facilities are found close to the entrance of the resort, within wood-and-thatch buildings surrounded by exotic palms. This is home to three of four restaurants, bars, a kids’ club, a spacious pool, and the exclusive Club at Dinarobin, which includes colonial-style private lounge Le Martello – here guests have access to books, newspapers, unlimited internet and WiFi. The sports centre and Spa by Clarins are located a little farther inland, while one last restaurant and bar and the boat house are spaced along the seafront. Further amenities are available at Paradis Hotel & Golf Club nearby.
Suite accommodation at Dinarobin is arranged in a series of six crescents within gorgeous gardens, with the three villas set apart in the northernmost region of the resort’s grounds. All bar one of the crescents contains a heated pool. Six suite options are available – Junior, Club Junior, Beachfront Club Junior, Beachfront Club Senior, Family and Beachfront Club Family. Club suites have access to Club at Dinarobin. All suites have colonial features, with generously sized terraces or balconies and spacious bathrooms, plus air conditioning, double or twin beds, dressing area, mini bar and satellite TV. Each of the villas is able to accommodate up to eight guests and boasts living room with TV and DVD, terrace incorporating dining room and lounge, fully equipped kitchen, gazebo, outdoor bar and barbecue area, plus private heated pool!

ACTIVITIES AT DINAROBIN BEACHCOMBER GOLF RESORT:
There are loads of activities to enjoy at Dinarobin.
- The sports center includes enough gym machinery for a very thorough workout, in addition to classes in cardio, yoga and vibro – or guests can head to Paradis for aerobics, step and aqua gym. Back at Dinarobin, there is also tennis, table tennis, volleyball, football – and of course, the famous 18-hole par-72 golf course shared with Paradis, with two further courses just 20 minutes’ drive away.
- If you have a passion for watersports, kayaking, scuba diving, pedal boating and offshore speed boating are available from Dinarobin’s boat house, with waterskiing, windsurfing, snorkeling, sailing and many more on offer at Paradis.
- And the resort’s Bob Marlin Kids’ Club has plenty of things for children to do, not least small-line fishing, glass-bottom boat trips, bicycle rides and PlayStation 3!
