This is a classic Big Five safari in Kenya’s finest safari areas! It features great game viewing in the Amboseli, the Lewa-Borana Landscape, and the world-famous Maasai Mara.
Your adventure begins in Nairobi, with a night at Karen Gables, a comfortable guesthouse in a serene suburb to the south-west of Nairobi. It then involves three fabulous properties from the Elewana Collection. On your second day, you’ll travel to Tortilis Camp, a high-quality option located within its own concession just outside Amboseli National Park. Next up is Lewa Safari Camp, a former cattle ranch that’s now an excellent eco-friendly property. And finally, you’ll head to Elephant Pepper in the Mara North Conservancy, a classic camp with a lot of character!
Karen Gables is an excellent option for refreshing after your arrival into Nairobi, with its peaceful gardens complete with heated swimming pool. Activities available from Tortilis Camp consist of expertly guided game drives and walks, cultural experiences, and some fabulous bush dining! Lewa is home to all Big Five, including impressive numbers of both black and white rhino, numerous smaller predators and herbivores, and birds in their hundreds, and activities revolve around expertly guided game drives and walks.
