While here as a group of six, you will have your own private vehicle and guide, ensuring a super-authentic experience! Nasikia provides you with your own vehicle and guide too, so you can set the safari schedule for each day. And Breezes has something to offer everyone, whether you want to chill on the beach or get involved in some wild watersports! It is also excellent value.

Days 1-2 NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA

Wildebeest herd, Ngorongoro Crater wildlife, Tanzania safaris

On Day 1 of your trip, you’ll touch down at Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA), receiving a VIP Meet and Greet. From here, you’ll fly to Manyara Airport and you’ll be met by a private guide and vehicle. Both will be with you throughout your stay in the Manyara region. On the way to Isoitok Camp Manyara, you’ll visit Lake Manyara National Park for your first vehicle safari of the vacation! Boasting a vast expanse of water and a spectacular Rift Valley backdrop, this park offers a wealth of wildlife highlights, such as tree-climbing lions and immense flocks of flamingos. Once you’ve arrived at Isoitok, you can relax in the comfortable lounge and tuck in to delicious meals in the dining area, while gazing out across the beautiful lake. The accommodation option we’ve chosen for you is the deluxe tent, featuring comfy double or twin bed/s, washroom with custom-made basin, and private deck. And on Day 2, you’ll set off on another game drive, this time in the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater! In the company of your expert guide, you’ll likely spot all Big Five – lion, rhino, leopard, elephant, and buffalo – as well as plenty of smaller mammals and hundreds of birds.

Board basis and activities:
Full-board accommodation, including all meals. Isoitok provides a wide range of cultural experiences at extra cost, such as a Maasai medicine walk, Maasai boma visit, traditional goat sacrifice, and traditional song and dance. Viewpoint walks, bush lunches, and romantic meals for two also incur an additional charge.

Days 3-5 Serengeti National Park

Tanzania Safari Game Drive

On the third day, your private guide will transfer you to Manyara Airstrip and you’ll catch a flight to the Serengeti’s Kogatende Airstrip. Once you’ve landed, you’ll have a shared road transfer to Nasikia Mobile Migration Camp (Kogatende). This is an adventurous property that follows the wildebeest Great Migration all year round. The communal areas have an authentic feel and are always set up for guests to enjoy amazing views while relaxing and tucking into meals. Nasikia has a nightly wood fire too, which is ideal for gatherings in the evening, with everyone swapping stories about their day! Each guest tent contains a large bed, plenty of storage space, a writing desk, an outside patio area set with a table and two chairs, and en-suite facilities including flush toilet and classic bucket shower. All showers have lovely hot running water and are open to the Serengeti skies! Activities from Nasikia focus on game drives and walking safaris, and your private guide will make sure you see loads of wildlife. The Great Migration is made up of huge herds of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelles, and you can expect to view all the big cats too! Hot air balloon safaris are offered at extra cost.

All-inclusive accommodation, featuring all meals, a selection of alcoholic and soft drinks, shared and scheduled game drives, and transfers between the camp and Kogatende Airstrip.

Days 6-10 Zanzibar

Come Day 6, you’ll have a shared transfer from Nasikia to Kogatende Airstrip, before flying out to the international airport on Zanzibar. From here, you’ll transfer privately to Breezes Beach Club & Spa. Situated on the quiet south-east coast, this property is perfect for laidback beach bliss following your time on safari! All communal lounges and dining spaces invite you to unwind, and the spacious swimming pool is fantastic for a cool dip in the heat of the day. You’ll stay in a standard room each – this option is fully air conditioned, with amenities including a mini-bar, a safe, and a well-appointed en-suite bathroom. Breezes provides all sorts of activities – tennis on the Club’s own courts, and windsurfing, kite surfing, snorkelling, kayaking, paddle boarding, and sailing from its watersports centre! You can also spend your time simply lazing about on the nearby beaches, soaking up the island sunshine.

Board basis and activities:
Half-board accommodation, including breakfast and dinner, use of gym and tennis court, and use of internet in public areas and private rooms.

On the last day of your vacation, you’ll travel back to Zanzibar’s international airport via private road transfer, arriving in good time for your flight/s home.
