Crowne Plaza is a large and contemporary building, with a frontage featuring lit-up palm trees. The interiors are modern too, and also very spacious, with plenty of comfortable lounges and eateries. Dining highlights include coffee shop Aroma, which is open 24/7 and provides breakfast buffets all day, and Kitchen 9, with local and international options as well as an interactive preparation area! For an amazing range of wines, beers, cocktails, and much more, guests need only head to Velocity Bar, which serves up dishes from a multi-cuisine menu too. The hotel’s shop stocks both souvenirs and essential items, while the rooftop gym provides enough cardiovascular and strength-training equipment for a thorough workout, in addition to superb views! Guest accommodation at the Crowne Plaza consists of 144 suites and rooms in total. All are elegantly furnished and include amenities such as air conditioning, premium bedding, satellite television, MP3 docking system, mini-bar, ironing board, and well-appointed en-suite facilities with bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. The entry-level option is the Superior Room, 30 square metres on the airport side of the hotel and designed to accommodate a maximum of two guests. Next up, the Deluxe Room can sleep up to three guests and boasts beautiful views across the prairie. The Premium Room with Balcony, 37 square metres and maximum three guests, offers vistas of either the airport or the prairie, from a lovely private balcony. Every Crowne Plaza Room has 40 square metres of floor space and an airport or prairie view, while the Crowne Plaza Suite includes a separate seating area and a rain shower – this category is the most spacious, at 72 square metres. Its maximum occupancy is three guests. Day rooms are available also.
