The final few days of your holiday are spent in the Serengeti. Come Day 5, you’ll return to Lake Manyara Airport via private road transfer and fly to Lake Ndutu Airstrip (30 mins), before transferring to Serengeti Safari Camp South. This camp follows the Great Migration, so its location changes throughout the year. Please contact a member of YZ to discuss travel arrangements. At all sites, the property offers a pleasant library tent, dining tent, and fire-pit. There are six safari tents, all featuring well-appointed bedroom and washroom complete with bucket shower! While the camp is in the southern region of the Serengeti, the emphasis on game drives is observing the Great Migration herds on the short-grass plains. Calving season usually occurs in February. From July to October, safarists can enjoy watching the herds’ spectacular river crossings in the northern area of the park. And there’s plenty of other wildlife to see, throughout the year.

Board basis and activities:
All-inclusive accommodation, featuring three meals daily, a selection of alcoholic and soft drinks, shared scheduled activities, transfers between camp and the local airstrip, and a laundry service.

On the last day, you’ll return to the local airstrip and fly back to KIA in time for your flight/s home.
