Entamanu02.jpg

On Day 3, you will fly to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, for a stay at one of the region’s newest properties, Entamanu. This camp boasts superb views both into the Crater and north-west as far as the Serengeti, Olduvai Gorge, and the Gol Mountains beyond. Constructed with the intention of minimising disruption to the landscape, Entamanu’s main areas are found in a simple mess tent – we love the authentic vibe! The camp has six tented suites, which are also pretty simple yet very comfy with their gas-powered stoves. Entamanu offers a thrilling range of activities. For example, you can head down into the Crater for some seriously good game drives featuring the Big Five and many other mammals! You can also enjoy guided walks up on the highlands around the Crater rim. Interactions with the local Maasai are available too, for those who like to add a little culture to the mix! Entamanu may be new, but already it’s quite a favourite at YZ.
