Our introductory trip to Tanzania takes in the highlights and hidden gems of the famous Northern Circuit. Starting in the remote Tarangire National Park, you’ll also visit the Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti, before flying out to Zanzibar!
The adventure begins at Tarangire Ndovu Tented Lodge, a property providing authentic accommodation within the central region of Tarangire National Park. After a couple of nights there, you’ll fly to the Ngorongoro region, for your stay at The Plantation Lodge. Situated within its own coffee plantation and working farm, this is a five-star option in the Karatu area. Next up is Nasikia Mobile Migration Camp (Kogatende), an exciting camp in the northern region of the Serengeti. And while you’re on Zanzibar, you’ll stay at Breezes Beach Club & Spa, the island’s oldest and most established resort!
While you’re at Tarangire’s Ndovu Tented Lodge, you’ll enjoy vehicle and walking safaris, community and cultural visits, and, at extra cost, hot air balloon safaris. The safari focus continues at both The Plantation Lodge and Nasikia’s Mobile Migration Camp, as both offer expertly guided game drives and walks. Cultural experiences are available at these properties too. Finally, Breezes Beach Club provides watersports such as diving and snorkelling, a variety of tours and excursions, and the opportunity for some laidback beach time.
