This is one of our most popular routes, taking in some of Tanzania’s most iconic sites. It combines Big Five game viewing and the Great Migration with the stunning Indian Ocean coastline of Zanzibar. We have included some excellent family-friendly properties where children under 12 years are offered great rates!

This itinerary takes you to three fantastic properties – Plantation Lodge, Lemala Mara, and Breezes Beach Club. With a lovely location just outside the town of Karatu, Plantation Lodge is a brilliant base for checking out both Lake Manyara and the Ngorongoro Crater. Lemala Mara is situated on the Mara River and moves around the Serengeti to bring you the best of the animal action! Finally, Breezes Beach Club is one of the best resorts on Zanzibar, with everything you need to end your trip in laidback beach style.
