"Situated in a private reserve just north of the vast Central Kalahari Game Reserve, Dinaka offers something completely different. The ecosystem supports many animals that you are less likely to see in other areas of Botswana. Impala make way for springbok, kudu for oryx, and you might even see a bat-eared fox."

OVERVIEW:

Dinaka is owned and operated by Ker & Downey, a company that aims to provide exclusive safari experiences! The new camp will be suitable for most types of traveller, including families. Dinaka Camp is open all year round.

ACCESS & LOCATION:

Most travellers to Dinaka Reserve approach by air or road from Maun. The setting is thrillingly remote, perfect for anyone seeking an authentic safari. It is situated in the Dinaka reserve, an area of 200 square kilometres within the north region of the Central Kalahari.

The family tent has an extra bedroom for children.

The camp’s guided bushwalks will present exciting opportunities to learn about the birdlife of the reserve, in addition to the insect and plant life of Dinaka. And if you want to get really close to the animal action, you will relish access to the camp’s hides. Some are set up close to waterholes, for fantastic photo opportunities! The camp has a sleep-out deck too.
